Bright Eyes Quality Child Care, Inc. (BEQCC) provides a career path and growth opportunities. The required background check and fingerprinting are paid for by the company. Bonuses are provided yearly based on the end-of-the-year evaluation. Raises are also provided based on classes completed, evaluation, and recommendations.
All BEQCC employees must meet the following requirements (not including student workers):
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Must be able to assist children with homework in the English language.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to relate to individuals at all levels.
- Ability to communicate effectively, motivate students and lead a group.
- Ability to respond to safety and emergency situations.
- Must attend BEQCC orientation and attend regularly scheduled staff meetings for the purpose of planning, training, and coordination of BEQCC programs.
- Must be cleared by Broward County Public Schools with a vendor I.D. badge within the first two weeks of employment.
As a condition of employment, staff will be required to submit to and satisfactorily clear a thorough fingerprinting background screening. No persons may begin work at any BEQCC program until screening has been cleared and approved.

| Campus Monitor | High School Diploma or GED, A minimum of four years, with the last eight years, of successful wok experience in security. | $16.00 |
| Lead Counselor | High School Diploma or GED. Two years’ experience working with children and has completed the DCF mandatory training. Has CRP/Fir Aid/AED training | $19.00 |
| Program Teacher | A certified teacher with a current active license | $23.00 |
| Nurse (LPN) | A Licensed Practical Nurse with a current license with 3+ years of nursing Experience | $19.00 |
| Nurse (RN) | A certified Registered Nurse with a current License with 3+ years of nursing Experience | $35.00 |
| Trainer | Must have extensive knowledge of requirements for providing a quality aftercare program. A Director credential is preferred. | $28.00 |
| Site Director | Must have completed the Director Credential requirement or have a 2-year degree to include early childhood course work. | $28.00 |
| Area Manager | Must have completed the Director Credential requirement or have a 2-year degree to include early childhood course work. | $32.00 |
